So Jeff your well known for your slingshot gating technique, are you still running this style or have you changed it at all ?
No I haven’t changed it at all, I’m not worried bout the drama that it has started because of it, I do what I know best!

How was Paris World Championships for you? What do you think to the way the French run a race meeting ?
The worlds in Paris was a way different race then I’m use to but I liked it!! It was very exciting!!

Are you going to Brazil World Championships and if so what is your goal ?
Yes I am going to Brazil and my goal is to make the ELITE men main event!!

2005 seemed to be a big year for Jeff Upshaw, getting your name world known, what’s your plan for 06, anything big ?
Nothing different from any other year I’m going to go 2 every race I can and do my best!

Who's your toughest competition nationally and world wide ?
Ummm I’m not sure world wide because I’ve only raced one race that I got to race everybody, but here in the states: Warren Mcdow, David Herman, anyone and everyone that gets on the gate basically!
