ONE Bicycles 1. About usThese terms concern transactions with ONE Bicycles as the selling party.
2. OffersMaking an offer does not mean we will come to an agreement. Offers are only made as a proposal and will not be changed.
3. Changing the agreementThe customer is responsible for mistakes and failures in the agreement made by ONE Bicycles after the customer agrees to this agreement by fax, email, letter or mouth. Taxes and unsuspected charges that were not available at the time of the agreement will be charged to the customer.All orders will be accepted under the condition that all licences for import and export are or will be given to the customer. ONE Bicycles is not responsible if a governement does not allow the goods to be imported or exported.
4. PricesWithout any notice prices can be changed. If prices are being raised with 25% after ordering by the customer and confirmation by ONE Bicycles, the customer is allowed to cancel the order.
5. DeliveryDelivery times are estimated. When an order takes longer to be delivered, the customer has NO right to claim or cancel undo the agreement, unless delivery exceeds 30 days.ONE Bicycles is allowed not to accept a part of an order or a complete order without any reason, even when a part of the order has already been delivered.
6. Responsibilty a. Claims are not accepted when delivered by the terms. Picked up items can not be returned.b. ONE Bicycles is not responsible for theft, accidents or loss of the delivered goods caused by the customer.c. The use of bought and received products is at own risk.
7. Frame warranty ONE frames are made and designed for BMX racing only and have a 1 year warranty against weld and tube failures under normal racing conditions. The products we sell are used at own risk. Warranty for ONE parts is restricted to the terms set by the factory. Shipping and repainting the frames are for the account of the buyer.Frames will be replaced within the year in the available model and color. However this will only happen in case of valid warranty. Damage due to a crash, accident or dirt jumping is not accepted. No warranty or returns on sale/discounted items. On other products in our shop the suppliers warranty applies. This means products may be replaced in case of valid warranty. There will be NO REFUND.
8. ReturnsConsumers have the right to change their mind during 14 days after delivery of the product. They are allowed to return the product within these 14 days, in which they only have to pay for the shipping. ONE Bicycles is not allowed to charge administration costs in this case.If the buyer sends the product back within 14 days, ONE Bicycles has to return the paid amount for products within 30 days. Excluded are items on SALE or USED items and does not include the amount the customer paid for shipping.
9. FreightOrders will never be sent free of charge. ONE Bicycles will charge you the costs the freight company charges.
10. ShipmentONE Bicycles will ship once the full payment has been received. ONE Bicycles is not responsible for damage during transportation.
11. PaymentYour Creditcard (if applicable) will be charged after your ordering with the details: onebicycles.com. We suggest to print out a copy of the transaction details.
